Your survival through adversity was heroic, which means you have all the power and resources you need to create a positive mind and a vibrant and enjoyable life. You will be encouraged to think comforting thoughts and to know the ways in which you are safe. These meditations will help you to recognize that the trauma occurred a long time ago. You now have the comfort of distance and the power to move forward. Listening will help you get grounded as you come to understand that a memory is not abuse; memories are thoughts, and feelings and are within your power to change. You can embrace the power of your inner wisdom. You can release the emotions of the past.
